Bazm-e-Niswan Scholarship 2025

For Muslim Girl Students studying in Bangalore Colleges only
Scholarship Applications Open for 2025-26
Start Date : 19 October 2025

FRESH Applications: Students currently studying in 1st PUC, 1st Year Diploma (Polytechnic/Paramedical/D.Ed), 1st Year UG / Degree (BA, BBA, BCA, BCom, BSc) & 1st year Post Graduation (MA, MBA, MCA, MCom, MSc).

RENEWAL Applications: Students currently studying in 2nd PUC, 2nd or 3rd Year Diploma (Polytechnic/Paramedical/D.Ed), 2nd or 3rd Year UG / Degree (BA, BBA, BCA, BCom, B.Sc), 2nd or 3rd Year Post Graduation (MA, MBA, MCA, MCom, MSc) and received Bazm-e-Niswan Scholarship in 2024-2025.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

  1. Student must have scored at least 50% in previous exam.
  2. Student must have a receipt of Fees paid (Partial or Full) for current year 2025-2026
  3. Student must be eligible to receive Zakat Amount.
  4. Separate funds have been reserved for poor & deserving “SYED” Students.

DOCUMENTS TO BE KEPT READY BEFORE STARTING TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION:

  1. Recent Passport Size Photograph
  2. Marks Sheet - SSLC / 10th Std
  3. Marks Sheet - 2nd PUC / 12th Std
  4. Marks Sheet - Previous Exam
  5. Aadhaar Card
  6. Fee Receipt (Partial/Full Payment) of Current Year 2025-2026
  7. In case of persons with special needs – Disability certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka or issued by registered Doctor on letterhead
  8. In case of orphans – Death certificate of parent

How to Apply ?

  • Step 1 : Read all instructions given in this page carefully and Keep all documents mentioned above ready before you start to apply.
  • Step 2 : Click on Apply Now Button in this page.
  • Step 3 : Complete all the 5 Sections and submit the Online Application.
  • Step 4 : Click on Print PDF button and Print the Filled Online Application.
  • Step 5 : Attach Student Photo & Hard copy of all documents uploaded online.
  • Step 6 : Complete sections - Student & Parent Signature, Seal & Signature of College Principal.
  • Step 7 : Student in person must submit the Hard Copy of Application to Bazm-e-Niswan Office.

How to Check the Status ?

  • Students can check the status of their application by clicking the STATUS button in the website.

Submission of Hardcopy of Online Filled Application to Bazm e Niswan Office

  • The LAST DATE to submit the HARD COPY OF FILLED APPLICATION to the Office of Bazm-e-Niswan Charitable Trust will be printed on the first page of the PDF for each Student. Kindly follow it.

Selection Process:

  1. Scholarship Grants are provided on the basis of need and academic excellence in previous year or semester.
  2. The panel of trustees will thoroughly examine the application form along with the evidences provided and take decisions accordingly.
